Ateliê Soleil is an artisanal store showcasing handcrafted items, including candles, crochet crafts, and plastic crafts (clay and porcelain). All items are meticulously made by hand using premium, ecologically conscious materials.

2. Product Representation and Variations

Because every item at Ateliê Soleil is entirely handmade, no two products are exactly alike.

Illustrative Purposes: All images, photographs, and media displayed on our website are for illustration purposes only.
Variations: The final products you receive may differ in color, shape, size, or minor details from the images shown. We always ensure the highest quality in our craftsmanship, and these variations are a natural and celebrated characteristic of artisanal work.

3. Safety and Limitation of Liability

We take great pride in the quality of our creations. However, the safe use of our products is strictly the responsibility of the user. By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Candle Safety: Lit candles pose a serious fire hazard. Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep them away from flammable materials, drafts, children, and pets. Any accidents, damages, or injuries caused by the use or misuse of our candles are the entire responsibility of the user.
Clay and Porcelain Items: Our clay and porcelain crafts are delicate. They may break if dropped, and broken pieces can be sharp. Furthermore, unless explicitly stated otherwise, they may not be food-safe, microwave-safe, or dishwasher-safe. Any accidents, damages, or injuries caused by the use, misuse, or breakage of our clay or porcelain items are the entire responsibility of the user.
General Misuse: Ateliê Soleil is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the misuse of any of our products.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to the Ateliê Soleil fairy logo, text, graphics, images, and blog posts, is the property of Ateliê Soleil and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Order Requests (No Payment Processing Yet)

Our product pages include a Make an order form. Submitting this form sends your order request details (such as selected customizations, additional comments, name, and email) to orders@ateliesoleil.com.

No payment processing: We do not process online payments at this stage.
No automatic purchase contract: Submitting an order request does not automatically create a binding purchase contract.
Follow-up: We may contact you by email to confirm availability, clarify order details, and provide next steps.
Security verification: To reduce spam and abusive automated submissions, our contact and order forms may use invisible anti-bot verification (Cloudflare Turnstile). Requests that fail this verification may not be processed.

6. Future E-Commerce Implementation

We still intend to launch a fully functional online store with an integrated payment system in the future. When that happens, these Terms and Conditions will be significantly updated to include policies regarding purchases, shipping, returns, and payments.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss courts.
